I enjoy working with Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), introverts, and those who are curious about their own inner world.  Improving your insight, intuition and coping mechanisms as you gain clarity with your personal struggles are my hopeful outcomes for you. My unique approach combines evidence-based traditional psychological approaches and alternative counseling techniques to create a wholistic and deeply transformative experience. We co-create to pull on your various personality traits and temperaments, dreams/nightmares, faiths/religions,  and more to target shame, anxiety, depression, highly sensitive trait material, do shadow work - so yes, counselling but with a different focus and feel.
