finding the thread & the weave
Tending your mental health and soul.
This is counselling for women seeking more
Perhaps you consider yourself spiritual, empathic, intuitive, creative, deeply reflective, or highly sensitive. You may find yourself experiencing the world with depth and intensity, while also feeling overwhelmed by emotions, anxiety, self-doubt, or periods of low mood.
You may appear capable, successful, cheerful, or emotionally steady on the outside, while privately carrying experiences that are difficult to put into words. Perhaps you have become very good at holding everything together, meeting expectations, caring for others, or striving for perfection—yet somewhere along the way, you have felt increasingly disconnected from who you truly are.
I work primarily with women who are ready to move beyond perfectionism, people-pleasing, and old ways of protecting themselves, and who want to reconnect with a more authentic sense of self. Who want to shift shame, anxiety and grief.
Sometimes, the ways we learned to cope earlier in life continue to shape how we relate to ourselves, our emotions, our relationships, and the world around us. These patterns are not something to be ashamed of or “fixed.” They often developed for meaningful reasons. In therapy, we can gently explore these protective patterns, understand what they have been trying to do for you, and create space for new ways of being.
I invite you into a therapeutic space where your inner world matters—your feelings, thoughts, imagination, creativity, intuition, and the meanings you make of your experiences. Together, we can explore what is asking for your attention and support you in moving toward greater self-understanding, authenticity, wholeness, strength, and emotional maturity.
I offer an online therapeutic space grounded in respectful collaboration, acceptance, and emotional safety. My work is shame-informed and trauma-informed, and I will never ask you to share more than you are ready to share. You are welcome to move at your own pace, with curiosity and compassion for the person you are becoming.
