If you have found this page, you may be in great distress, contemplating suicide and looking for help. Loneliness, anger, pain, feeling broken inside, living without purpose, and more can lead to an overwhelming feeling of losing control and wanting to end it at the greatest cost: your own death.

You are not alone. Feeling suicidal doesn’t mean that you are crazy, or weak, or damaged. It only means that you have more pain than you can cope with right now.

If you are feeling this way, please seek help immediately by calling:

Families in Action 24-Hour Hotline: 628-2333

Families in Action has trained individuals to help you through whatever crisis you may be having right now and can offer additional aid. They will not judge you. They will simply listen to you and be there for you.

Medical Emergency: 811

If you have no money on your cellphone this would be best. Also if you have hurt yourself in any way – please call 811

It is important that you seek help for any suicidal thoughts or impulses. Suicide is the most preventable form of death.  Please contact a mental health professional as soon as possible. A psychologist can help you create a safety plan and work through your struggles to live a better quality of life.
