Your Cycle & Your Emotions
This class takes an in-depth look at how the ebb and flow of our menstrual cycles affect our daily living. For up to two weeks - longer depending on on your own unique body - the hormonal changes moving through our physical, emotional and cognitive systems can leave us feeling helpless and unbalanced.
You will be given the education to properly understand why these changes occur and the tools to help you have a better experience each month by honouring your body, spirit and cycle. Charting, PMS and PCOS will be addressed as well as a host of allopathic and alternative approaches (including aromatherapy, herbs, etc.) to offer physical and emotional ease when and where necessary.
Samples of certain items will also be shared.
